Strong interest in WildDetect and BirdAlert at Elmia Lantbruk 2026

15. October 2026 by Andreas Holm

WildDetect has had a fantastic experience at Elmia Lantbruk 2026 in Jönköping, Sweden, where we showcased our AI-based BirdAlert technology in the Innovation Arena, a dedicated space for innovative companies and the agricultural technology of tomorrow.

The Innovation Arena was established in collaboration with Agtech Sweden, a Swedish innovation platform hosted by Linköping University. Here, we joined an inspiring community of companies working to make modern agriculture more efficient, intelligent and sustainable.

The interest in BirdAlert has been overwhelming!

Together with our dedicated Swedish dealer, GÅRDSSERVICE MJÖLKMAN AB, we met a wide range of farmers, potential partners and other agricultural industry stakeholders.

These conversations clearly demonstrated that bird-related problems pose a real challenge in modern agriculture, and that there is strong interest in intelligent solutions that can reduce nuisance and damage through targeted bird detection and deterrence.

This interest has already led to concrete opportunities.

Several farmers who visited our stand have already agreed to follow-up visits from our Swedish dealers. This is a strong indication of both market demand and BirdAlert’s potential.

It also reinforces the vital role our local dealers play. Their market knowledge, commitment and close customer relationships are essential to our international growth.

WildDetect has clear ambitions to expand its international presence. We want to bring BirdAlert to more markets through a strong network of skilled dealers and partners.

Our participation in Elmia Lantbruk has brought valuable new connections, exciting commercial opportunities and inspiration to attend similar events in other countries.

A big thank you to Agtech Sweden, Elmia Lantbruk and, especially, our Swedish dealer for a fantastic collaboration!

We look forward to following up on these new opportunities and continuing to grow BirdAlert’s presence in international markets.
